Project Stargazer, formerly known as, Other Worldly Life Forms Program (OWLF)

Lieutenant Mike Harrigan made his way with Danny Archuleta and their team toward El Scorpio in an attempt to stop them from shooting machine guns at the police.

Leona Cantrell accompanied the officers in their pursuit of El Scorpio. El Scorpio’s team retreated into the nearby building to re-arm and prepare for more fighting with the police.

First Appearance of the Predator 

Baby powder is commonly used on wet areas to keep from getting a rash or chafing.

El Scorpio must’ve been really concerned about chafing right under his nose because he applied a large amount of baby powder to that area.

Then a Predator shows up. After the Predator attacks El Scorpio's team, the OWLF shows up and kicks out the local police.

In THE PREDATOR prequel novel, the OWLF is now Project Stargazer and their strike team is called The Reapers.
